You Were Here Before Most People Knew What This Was
This is a quick note to the people who've been following us from the start

Welcome back to FireStarters, this one may feel a little different.
When you first joined the FireStarters journey, Nichefire was still becoming what it wanted to be. You followed the thinking, watched the product and positioning evolve, and stuck around. You didn't wait for a case study or a big brand logo to validate the idea.
You just saw the value of culture and the tools to decode it.
We’re grateful for all of you who not only watched but engaged with us.
So here’s the news:
We've built a new, lower-footprint annual path into the Nichefire platform, and we're opening it up first to people who've already been in our orbit. Not broadly. Not publicly. Just to the people who gave us time early, before the case studies and the big brand logos.
A lot has changed, and honestly, for the better
You may be wondering “why now?”
Well… The signal is sharper. The noise is down. The use cases have gotten clearer, the product has gotten easier to use, and the people using it are doing genuinely interesting things with it. (Check out this Case Study from Kraft-Heinz →)
We're now much closer to the tool we always wanted to put in front of you.
The market has also caught up in ways we couldn't have forced. Cultural intelligence has gone from a compelling idea to something teams are actively looking for. That’s a big part of why our Cultural Intelligence Engineer Certification is in the works.
Why this moment matters more than it did before
AI has made speed easier. It hasn't made everyone more insightful.
As output accelerates, the question becomes: what's guiding the decisions behind it? That's exactly where differentiated cultural signals start to matter, for teams that want to move fast without losing the thread of what's actually shifting in the world.
If everyone can generate workflows and agents, the question becomes: what data is guiding them? What's the cultural OS underneath the speed?
That's what Nichefire provides. And it's in a very different place now than when most of you first saw it.
Here's what we're actually offering
A 12-month path into the Nichefire platform, lighter weight, more accessible, and designed for teams who want to get started without a massive commitment. This isn't a watered-down version. It's the same cultural intelligence engine that our enterprise clients like Nestlé and Kraft are using, just a smaller way in.
We're not promoting this broadly. We're extending it first to people who already know us and already understand the category.
Access to the same cultural intelligence engine that powers Nichefire's deep research
A 12-month entry point that's built to fit, not overwhelm
Not public pricing — reserved for people already in our orbit
There's no pressure here. If the timing's wrong, it's wrong. But if you've been curious about where Nichefire has landed — or whether it makes sense for how your work is evolving — this is a good moment to find out.

Anyway, thanks for being here early. It meant more than you probably knew.
We'll see you soon 👋
A $200M+ DTC brand has 44 people messaging Viktor every day.
Their ops team built inventory command centers and reorder dashboards through Viktor. Supply chain gets daily stockout alerts before they happen. Marketing tracks ROAS and runs content calendars. CS has CSAT scores and support tickets triaged and briefed every morning in Slack, before the first support call. No dashboard digging.
48 internal apps, built through conversation. No code. No developer queue. Command centers, inventory dashboards, sales trackers, reorder systems.
That's one company. Across the platform, teams have built 2,000+ apps the same way: message Viktor in Slack, describe what you need, get a working tool deployed. No code. No six-week dev queue.
Your team doesn't wait for a product roadmap. They message a colleague.
5,700+ teams. SOC 2 certified.
"It was almost instantly adopted by the bulk of my team." — Boris Wexler, CEO, Space Dinosaurs
